镀锌铁皮、铝皮架空型聚氨酯预制保温管主要适用于热水、蒸汽、冷水等介质的输送,介质温度范围零下20℃零上150℃。
Galvanized iron sheet and aluminium sheet overhead polyurethane prefabricated insulating pipes are mainly suitable for the transportation of hot water, steam, cold water and other media. The temperature range of the media is from 20 below zero to 150 above zero.
1、保温性能

该产品采用聚氨酯保温层结构,有效降低了热损失;
The product adopts polyurethane insulation layer structure, which effectively reduces heat loss.
2、施工方便
2. Convenient construction
保温管两端裸露长度150mm-200mm,现场施工时方便对口、焊接;
The exposed length of the two ends of the insulation pipe is 150 MM-200 mm, which is convenient for butting and welding in site construction.
现场保温补口可采用成品保温瓦块或现场发泡;
The finished insulating tile or foam can be used for the on-site insulation patch.
管件保温为工厂预制;
Pipe insulation is prefabricated by factory.
3、耐候性
3. Weatherability
制作外护管用的铁皮采用镀锌防腐层,可长期在露天环境中而不腐蚀;
The galvanized anticorrosive coating is used to make the iron sheet for the outer protective pipe, which can be used in the open air environment for a long time without corrosion.
由于该产品采用了镀锌铁皮、铝皮代替传统的聚乙烯外护管,避免了聚乙烯长期在露天环境下老化的问题;
Because galvanized iron sheet and aluminium sheet are used instead of traditional PE outer protective pipe, the problem of long-term aging of PE in open air environment is avoided.
镀锌铁皮、铝皮外护管采用螺旋成形结构,该结构整体抗弯性能、结合缝处受力情况好;
Spiral forming structure is adopted for galvanized iron and aluminium sheet outer protective pipe. The overall bending resistance and stress at joint of the structure are good.
4、使用寿命
4. Service life
由于该结构的保温管为三层结构,工作管及保温层完全在外护管的保护之下;而外护管采用了镀锌防腐层,正常工作条件下可连续使用30年 。
Because the thermal insulation pipe of this structure is three-layer structure, the working pipe and thermal insulation layer are completely protected by the outer protective pipe, while the outer protective pipe adopts galvanized anticorrosive coating, which can be used continuously for 30 years under normal working conditions.
