外滑动构造技术特性：
Technical characteristics of outer sliding structure:
1、外滑动构造由于保温层与外护管之间有一层空气层，管道在运输及施工过程中浸的水可在逐渐暖管过程中排出，因此比拟合适于雨量充分、水位高的地域。但关于氯离子、硫离子等含量比拟高的土壤（特别在沿海地域），对外钢管的防腐需增强。

Because there is an air layer between the insulation layer and the outer protective pipe, the water immersed in the pipeline during transportation and construction can be discharged during the gradual heating pipe process, so the fitting method is more suitable for areas with sufficient rainfall and high water level. However, for soils with relatively high contents of chloride and sulfur ions (especially in coastal areas), the corrosion prevention of external steel pipes needs to be enhanced.
2、外滑动构造是基于“钢地沟”的思想设计而成，可充沛应用弯头停止自然补偿，降低了本钱，同时减小了固定墩推力。
