2、一次性补偿直埋敷设的方式: 这种聚氨酯直埋保温管敷设方式是在管道的一个地方设置固定的支架和一次性的补偿器,它的工作原理就是把这 种产品的焊管道上,把管道的温度按照要求加热到一定的值,波纹膨胀节会有相对应大压缩,在这种状态下将补偿器 外套筒锯形搭接焊缝焊死,后面补偿器就成为了刚性整体,不再有补偿的能力。工作的时候就是管道的拉伸—压缩的 弹性的变型来补偿,用这个方式,这一段管道的设计温差下产生的变形的总量的一部分就让补偿器来补偿,这个的作 用是让管路工作的时候拉伸压缩的平衡的点在设计温差变形总量的中点,一次性补偿器使用与工作压力≤2.5MPa、工 作温度≤120℃的管道,它的使用的寿命超过30年
